These may be purchased via the website as a 1-off purchase or paid monthly by arrangement. Once purchased, you will receive details on how to arrange your initial phone or Skype consultation to discuss how to move forward with your programme. If at this point you feel that the programme does not meet your needs or would like to switch to a different product or programme, you will receive a full refund.
Once the first consultation in a programme has been booked then cancellation of the programme will entail a full refund up to 48h before the initial appointment. If the programme is cancelled within 48h of the initial appointment then a full refund minus an administration fee of £15 will apply.
If after the initial consultation, or any other consultation in the first month, the programme does not meet your needs, a refund of 50% of the total programme cost will apply. Cancellation of the programme in the second month will attract a refund of 25% of the full programme cost. There is no refund applicable for cancellation of the programme in the third month.
We will endeavour to ensure you are sent a reminder of your consultation booking but this is not always possible. If you are unable to attend, please let Christina know as soon as possible. Cancellations of appointments with less than 48h notice will incur an administration fee of £15 to be paid before continuing with the next consultation in the programme.

All customers have the right to cancel their orders under The Distance Selling Regulations which gives consumers extra protection when buying online. Specific legislation here that applies is regulation of The Distance Selling Regulations. You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
